Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Analyst for a leading energy company in Columbus, Ohio. You will review, negotiate, and manage contracts across engineering, construction, and procurement projects, coordinating with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and 8+ years of contract administration experience, with strong negotiation skills and a track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of contract administration or related experience.
• Strong contract negotiation experience.
• Experience with construction, engineering, EPC, procurement, or industrial projects.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage contracts for engineering, construction, and procurement projects.
• Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management teams.
• Review vendor proposals, pricing, and contract changes.
• Identify and manage contract risks.
• Handle amendments, claims, and contract issues.
• Maintain contract records and provide updates to leadership.
