Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of contract administration and procurement experience supporting engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions, analyze commercial sections of proposals, and coordinate technical scopes of work with project disciplines.
• Prepare, maintain, retrieve and communicate records and documents to meet contract administration requirements.
• Provide analytical and contract administration support to project management leadership and senior leaders.
• Protect the Company's interests by enforcing warranties and mitigating risk.
• Develop a claims prevention program.
• Lead negotiation strategy and coordinate settlements for complex changes-in-law and government impositions.
• Develop standard contract templates and input to project final reports.
• Develop supplier performance criteria and service levels aligned with business requirements.
