Summary of Job Duties: The Senior Contract Analyst reports to the Contracts Manager and manages contract data files and pricing integrity. Responsibilities include analyzing product usage, optimizing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, financial analysis, negotiations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field plus 6 years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, OR
• High school diploma plus 10 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical experience (e.g., Surgical Technologist, RN, LPN)
• Experience in healthcare contracts management or financial analytics
• CPSM or CPCM certification
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint

Additional Responsibilities: Managing contracts lifecycle, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, analyzing market data, negotiating with suppliers, leading process improvements, and providing strategic recommendations.
