Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in Subcontracts, Purchasing, Contracts, Finance, or Project Management.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience in subcontracts, procurement, and contract management throughout proposal to execution.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure specialized goods and services.
• Own contract management for suppliers; coordinate with contracts, engineering, quality, planning and end-users.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and award subcontracts.
