• Lead and supervise others, provide advisory support on negotiations and compliance.
• Audit invoices for completeness and compliance with contract terms and procedures.
• Develop, interpret, and implement policies, procedures, and technical information.
• Drive for TxDOT when required and coordinate with district offices.
