Northrop GrummanSpace Systemsis seeking a Manager Contract Administration 3 to join its team of qualified and diverse individuals supporting the Space Security Contracts team. This is a unique opportunity to build experience, mentoring relationships, and career growth by contributing to the Contracts role. This position is on-site in Dulles, VA.
The Manager Contract Administration 3 will produce high quality Contract Management related products supporting one of our world class operating units under the NGSP Space Superiority Division (SSD) Mission Capabilities & Operations (MCO) Business Unit.
This position requires a deep understanding of DoW contracting, commercial contracting, excellent communication skills, strong technology acumen in M365, customer intimacy, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate is a team player with strong leadership skills, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
The Manager Contract Administration 3 will be responsible for business strategy, risk mitigation, and development for the contracts professional and a member of MCO Contracts leadership team.
This position requires the ability to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
The Manager Contract Administration 3 must possess the ability to collaborate well with others in high-stress high-volume situations, effectively interface with internal functional and program organizations, and meet the goals/objectives of the operating unit.

Primary Level Salary Range: $159,500.00 - $239,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
