Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 5+ years, or 15+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with government contractors in defense/aerospace, managing contracts with U.S. government customers.
• FAR and DFARS experience from the contractor side, including proposal support, negotiations and compliance.
• Knowledge of government contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Experience interfacing with government contracting officers as the contractor's representative.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead for end-to-end contract management.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms and conditions with customers.
• Track key contractual deadlines and ensure alignment of documentation with program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations and serve as the primary customer interface on related matters.
• Advise on contractual and business decisions, supporting program performance and client relationships.
• Act as the primary company interface with customer contracting officers and procurement agents.
