• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of BCM/ITDR or related risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, risk assessment, and business impact analysis.
• Ability to document, maintain, and coordinate recovery across stakeholders and tech disciplines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain continuity and recovery policies, standards, and playbooks aligned with NIST/ISO/government regulations.
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments for critical functions and dependencies.
• Coordinate continuity plans for applications, infrastructure, facilities, personnel, and vendor services.
• Plan and evaluate tabletop exercises, tests, and remediation efforts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT operations, cybersecurity, and governance to integrate continuity into projects and changes.
• Produce dashboards and reports on plan maturity, tests, readiness, and incidents for leadership and audits.
• Lead or support investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide training and mentorship on resilience and recovery best practices.
