Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Continuity Manager to lead development and execution of enterprise BC and ITDR capabilities across applications, infrastructure, and vendor services, ensuring resilience and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with IT operations, cybersecurity, and governance teams to design, maintain recovery plans, run tabletop exercises, and deliver audit-ready metrics and reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of BC/DR concepts and frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or related risk roles.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and risk assessments.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise continuity and IT disaster recovery policies, standards, and playbooks.
• Perform business impact analyses and risk assessments identifying RTOs and RPOs.
• Coordinate creation and review of continuity plans for apps, infra, facilities, personnel, and vendor services.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate tabletop exercises and tests; drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT operations, cybersecurity, and vendors to integrate continuity requirements into projects.
• Produce dashboards and reports on plan maturity and readiness.
• Lead investigations following incidents and guide corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance on resilience best practices.
