Job summary

Gravity Research in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Research Analyst, Content Strategy to plan and produce flagship, research-based content on corporate reputational risk. This role blends rigorous research with thought leadership and client-facing delivery within a hybrid, office-based schedule.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in market research or consulting, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong writing and presentation skills to drive client impact.

Qualifications

• Strong research instincts and professional experience in consulting or research.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines to develop deliverables for members independently and with Senior Director for Content Strategy.
• Experience producing flagship research projects, thought leadership reports and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director of Content Strategy on flagship research projects, including thought leadership reports and webinars, and lead the production of other content.
• Produce content for key client accounts and ensure timely delivery of all project work.
• Collaborate with team members to develop methodologies to answer client questions.
• Lead other analysts producing our signature content.
• Draft deliverables (PowerPoint presentations, memos, etc.) to communicate findings to clients and prospects.
• Present findings to clients and interact to understand their needs as a trusted advisor on reputational risks.
• Contribute to product development by innovating approaches to analytics and improving the research product.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) into content creation balancing speed and rigor.
