Qualifications

• Highly analytic, natural problem solver with proven skills relating to client-facing research delivery.
• Ability to highlight key insights within a complex data set and clearly explain them to clients.
• Skilled project manager able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong writer able to frame issues clearly for varied audiences; PowerPoint or visual formats preferred.
• 3–5 years in market research, consulting, policy analysis, risk analysis, Capitol Hill or executive agency experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with track record of new initiatives from conception to execution.
• Creative thinking and resourcefulness in problem solving.
• Prodigious work ethic and generosity in work culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director of Content Strategy on flagship research projects, including thought leadership reports and webinars.
• Lead production of content for key client accounts and ensure timely delivery of all project work.
• Collaborate to develop research methodologies and approaches to answer client questions.
• Lead other analysts producing our signature content.
• Draft deliverables (PowerPoint, memos, etc.) to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Present findings to clients to understand needs and advise on corporate reputational risks.
• Contribute to product development by crafting new analytic approaches and improving processes.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) into content creation balancing speed and quality.
