MSL in New York is seeking a Senior Account Executive with 3+ years’ experience for our Corporate Reputation practice. The role oversees the development and execution of PR plans and manages day-to-day client activities for key corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate is a corporate generalist with solid skills in account management, content strategy, writing, media relations and executive visibility, capable of guiding junior staff and balancing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects.
• Strong writing and media relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops communications programs, campaigns and annual PR plans.
• Presents proactive strategy to advance the business and identify opportunities.
• Maintains client and account team communications through updates and calls.
• Builds reporter relationships and leads media outreach.
• Analyzes media coverage and online conversations to identify stakeholders.
• Manages projects from concept to completion within deadlines and budgets.
• Supports account managers with tracking and monitoring financials.
• Assists in new business research, audits and proposals.
• Coaches junior staff to deliver quality work.
• Aligns with MSL’s positioning and values.
