Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO or organic search roles with digital marketing.
• Proven track record growing organic traffic and leads.
• Strong technical SEO and on-page optimization skills.
• Experience presenting SEO strategy to senior leadership.
• Experience with regulated or compliance-reviewed content processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical SEO including linking, page speed, schema markup, indexation health.
• Develop local SEO across multi-location footprint for offices.
• Inform editorial calendar with search-driven topics and intent insights.
• Apply AEO practices for AI-generated search results.
• Champion E-E-A-T signals across content and properties.
• Monitor competitor strategies and identify share-of-voice opportunities.
• Direct external agencies and freelancers with scope and budget.
• Interpret organic data and advise on investment.
• Collaborate with analytics and CRM for accurate tracking.
• Work with compliance and marketing to meet standards.
• Evaluate emerging content formats and diagnose visibility issues.
