Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a content strategist to own proactive care content for Boost Mobile and DISH across Reddit, Facebook, and X. You will convert customer signals into publish-ready guides and multimedia assets that deflect support inquiries.

You will partner with product, web, and analytics teams to close gaps, apply AI responsibly, and ensure channel-native formatting. In-person interviews are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical processes into clear, plain-language guidance.
• Exceptional writing skills across short- and long-form content.
• Experience with short-form video production, editing, captioning, and graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of proactive care content across Reddit, Facebook, and X for Boost Mobile and DISH.
• Use data from social listening, search trends, and AI queries to prioritize content projects.
• Produce publish-ready guides, assets, and captions for channel-native formats.
• Create structured Reddit hubs to improve search and AI discovery.
• Collaborate with product, web, and analytics to close content gaps and route issues.
• Leverage generative AI tools to increase efficiency while preserving brand accuracy.
