The Carlyle Group is seeking an AVP, Content Strategy to join our Marketing team and lead content strategy across Global Private Equity, Global Credit, and Carlyle AlpInvest. This role blends hands-on writing and editorial ownership with cross‑functional coordination to translate investment strategy into investor-facing content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 6+ years in content marketing, journalism, or content operations within financial services or related sector.
• Proven experience writing/editing for institutional investors, financial advisors, and/or high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to coordinate multi-channel content projects across teams and tools, with editorial calendar ownership.

Responsabilités

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality marketing content across formats (long-form, video scripts, emails, social, events).
• Shape and execute Carlyle's editorial POV and content strategy, owning the editorial calendar.
• Build fluency in Carlyle's investment strategies across segments to create compelling narratives.
• Stay current on social/digital norms and adapt Carlyle's voice to each channel while ensuring compliance.
• Direct freelance writers and provide developmental editing and brand voice direction.
