This role partners with writers, designers, and compliance to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging digital experiences. Strong PM skills, governance knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, marketing, finance, business administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, digital experience or a related field required.
• Proven experience managing content workflows and governance processes required.
• Strong project management skills, including juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders required.

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional content for digital channels including web, email, social media, and video.
• Manage and maintain advisor-facing web portals with accurate, current content.
• Lead end-to-end content projects from scoping to delivery and maintain the content calendar.
• Establish and enforce content governance standards including style guides and approvals.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, audience marketing, and compliance teams to keep projects on track.
• Track content performance and identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
