Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, finance, or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years in content strategy, content marketing, or digital experience.
• Proven experience managing content workflows and governance.
• Strong project management with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience with content/project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira).
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization.
• Cross-functional collaboration with creative, compliance, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional content for digital channels and adapt for channel requirements.
• Manage advisor-facing web portals and coordinate content updates.
• Oversee end-to-end content projects, timelines, and resources.
• Establish and enforce content governance standards and approvals.
• Partner with writers, designers, audience marketing, and compliance teams.
• Track content performance and identify process improvements.
• Perform additional duties to support departmental objectives.
