Job summary

Maner Costerisan seeks an experienced Senior Content Strategist to shape and manage our editorial calendar and content pipeline. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts, agency partners and the Marketing team to develop timely, relevant content and extend ideas across channels.

You’ll help connect content across campaigns, events, digital marketing and other initiatives, using audience insights and performance data to continuously improve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing content across multiple formats and channels.
• Experience working with subject-matter specialists, senior leaders and other stakeholders to develop content.
• Experience in professional services, financial services or another complex B2B environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute content strategies that support marketing priorities, industries, services and audiences.
• Partner with MarTech Ops Manager and digital agency to align content with campaign goals.
• Manage editorial calendar and content pipeline with timely topics and opportunities.
• Work with subject-matter specialists to identify questions and perspectives for content.
• Manage content projects from idea to publication; review content from agency partners.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose content across web, email, social, campaigns and events.
• Ensure content reflects Maner’s brand, messaging, voice and tone.
• Interview specialists to uncover expertise and perspectives.
• Write and edit priority content including articles, thought leadership, website copy, email and social content.
• Translate complex topics into clear, audience-relevant content.
• Review content for clarity and alignment with brand voice.
• Support campaigns by determining messages and content needs.
• Coordinate with agency partners and marketing team to meet deadlines.
