Qualifications

• 6-8 years in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and present strategic content visions to senior stakeholders across Private Bank, Wealth, and Commercial businesses.
• Own and oversee the overarching content strategy for HNW/UHNW audiences.
• Identify and activate net-new content opportunities informed by market dynamics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content strategists and writers.
• Guide the team in leveraging research, data, and performance insights.
• Partner with SEO & Discoverability to elevate content discovery.
• Lead regular performance reporting for business partners and the team.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to execute strategies on time and budget.
• Support budget planning, commitment, and billing processes related to content.
