Job description

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Who We Want

Lead the day-to-day operation and delivery of the organization’s web properties to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, accessible, and published on schedule. Manage web production workflows from intake and prioritization through quality assurance and launch. Coordinate cross-functional web initiatives by aligning creative, content, marketing, and technical partners around timelines, dependencies, and delivery expectations. Oversee web production resources and establish consistent standards for publishing, documentation, and quality. Improve web production processes to increase efficiency, scalability, visibility, and reliability across digital properties.

What To Expect

  • Web Content Operations: Manage day-to-day publishing, updates, and quality control across the organization’s WordPress properties. Maintain the web content calendar and ensure pages, landing pages, campaign assets, and other digital content are published accurately and on schedule. Maintain site hygiene by identifying and resolving broken links, outdated content, incomplete SEO metadata, accessibility issues, and brand inconsistencies. Translate approved creative and copy into polished, functional web experiences in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Web Intake and Prioritization: Manage incoming web requests from intake and evaluation through production, quality assurance, and launch. Triage and prioritize work based on business impact, urgency, resource capacity, and dependencies. Establish realistic timelines, clarify requirements, and communicate expectations with stakeholders. Maintain visibility into active work, priorities, ownership, and delivery status.
  • Project and Delivery Management: Lead web workstreams for campaigns, product launches, site enhancements, and other digital initiatives. Develop and manage project plans that coordinate work across design, content, marketing, technical, and other internal partners. Identify project dependencies, delivery risks, and capacity constraints and coordinate timely resolution. Ensure work progresses efficiently from request through implementation and launch.
  • Quality Assurance and Standards: Review web changes before publication to confirm content accuracy, functionality, responsive behavior, links, forms, search engine optimization, accessibility, and brand consistency. Establish and maintain clear, repeatable web production and quality assurance standards. Document production requirements, procedures, and launch criteria to promote consistent execution. Coordinate with technical partners when engineering support or issue escalation is required.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate web production workflows to identify bottlenecks, unnecessary handoffs, recurring issues, and opportunities for greater efficiency. Recommend and implement process improvements that strengthen delivery quality, speed, scalability, and stakeholder experience. Develop documentation, templates, and tools that support consistent production practices. Monitor outcomes and refine processes as business and platform needs evolve.
  • Resource Leadership: Direct the day-to-day work of assigned web production resources by setting priorities, assigning work, reviewing output, and monitoring deadlines. Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen production quality, consistency, and accountability. Serve as the operational point of escalation for web production issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate internal or external partners. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
