Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in content policy, trust and safety, platform integrity, or related field.
• Experience delivering impact with cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• High-judgment decision making and escalation awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to assess policy risks for new launches and changes.
• Own policy counseling for actor-level enforcement, ensuring clarity for operations and integrity teams.
• Shape governance frameworks for AI-driven content moderation at scale.
• Establish processes for cross-functional approvals and leadership review.
• Support escalation coverage and on-call policy decisions under time pressure.
• Contribute to election readiness and crisis response with legal and integrity teams.
