Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in content/marketing operations or creative project management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end content workflows.
• Pharma/biotech MLR/PRC knowledge is a plus.

• Design learning journeys and enablement programs for cross-functional teams on new content capabilities and guidelines.
• Lead end-to-end content workflow strategy and governance with cross-functional alignment.
• Identify operational opportunities in content processes and design scalable efficiencies.
• Facilitate forums and alignment meetings with executive presence and clear action plans.
• Deliver change management, training, and documentation for new tools and AI-enabled content practices.
