Sumble Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Marketing Lead who will own the substance of Sumble’s presence—narrative, voice, assets, and social footprint.

This senior IC role offers strategic ownership, a budget for tools, and autonomy to shape the company’s public face across long-form content, organic social, and ads. You will ghost-write for founders, define a distinct brand voice, and partner with the Head of Marketing to evolve the narrative as the market shifts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B content experience, ideally in GTM tech or adjacent categories
• You’ve defined a brand voice before and can shape editorial standards
• Sales-aligned content with a strong focus on driving pipeline and deals

Responsibilities

• Own brand tone and editorial voice across formats
• Build the voice guide, tone do’s and don’ts, and stylistic conventions
• Develop Sumble’s strategic narrative and through-line story
• Ghost-write for founders and executives to activate them on social
• Own Sumble’s organic social presence, especially LinkedIn
• Create long-form and short-form content across essays, decks, talks, and ads
• Manage editorial calendar and ensure content feeds multi-format derivatives
• Collaborate with Sales on feedback loops to optimize content effectiveness
