Job summary

You'll flex into Value‑Based Care, Payer, Interoperability, and Patient Experience, collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of content marketing/editorial experience.
• Healthcare content experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to coordinate approvals across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the RCM content roadmap and primary ownership of the beat.
• Write RCM content and develop blogs/eBooks.
• Develop subject-matter depth and relationships with internal experts.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and align with campaigns/go-to-market.
• Create briefs for freelancers and ensure quality and accuracy.
