Job description

Complyance is a fully AI-native, end-to-end platform for Enterprise GRC. We are backed by leading VC firms including Google Ventures, Creandum, and HV Capital, and we’re in our hyper growth phase building a category-defining business in the governance, risk, and compliance space. With customers like Major League Soccer, CVS Health, Dropbox, Penn State, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and more, we are re-defining how complex enterprises manage GRC.

Our platform offers deep, configurable core modules paired with customizable AI agents that automate entire manual workflows. From controls management (incl. audit prep), to risk management, third-party risk, policies, and trust, our platform shortens cycle times by >80%, cuts manual work by >60%, and increases visibility over risk. Our clients start seeing cost savings and risk reduction within 3 months.

Role at a Glance:

We're looking for a Senior Content Manager to own our content engine end to end. Roughly 5% of our market is ready to buy at any given moment. The other 95% are not, and content is how we reach them, educate them, and stay in front of them until they are. You'll own what we publish, why, in what order, and to what standard: blogs, social, white papers, reports, video, and customer proof. This is not a role where you're handed a brief and asked to fill it in. You'll set the standard and build the system, with the freedom to outsource what makes sense and the accountability for the final quality bar.

Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing
Location: US (preferably East Coast)
What you'll do
Own the publishing engine
  • Own the editorial calendar across blog, social, and long-form. Target cadence is a blog roughly every two days plus daily social.
  • Write, edit, and proofread to final published copy. You're the last set of eyes, not the first draft.
  • Build the repeatable systems that keep cadence going: briefs, templates, review paths, and a content bank we can draw from.
  • Prioritise ruthlessly. You'll have more ideas than capacity and you'll be trusted to choose.
Produce flagship assets
  • White papers, e-books, guides, and research-led reports that give the market something it doesn't already have.
  • Run our analyst and industry expert collaborations end to end, from scoping the piece to launch.
  • Work with external production partners on video, from script through to final cut.
  • Build assets that have a distribution plan, a sales use case, and a nurture path attached before they're written, not after.
Turn customers into proof
  • Work with Customer Experience to identify happy customers every month and turn them into publishable stories.
  • Own written case studies by use case, industry, and pain point, plus video testimonials and short social clips.
  • Build a pipeline of customers willing to speak on webinars, podcasts, events, and references.
Repurpose everything
  • Every webinar, podcast episode, event, and report becomes clips, posts, blogs, sales assets, and nurture content.
  • Work with Performance Marketing so content is built to rank in both traditional search and AI/LLM discovery.
  • Work with the field team so every in-person moment produces content, not just follow-up emails.
Manage vendors and, over time, messaging
  • Own freelancers, agencies, and external content vendors. You can outsource, you own the output.
  • Over time, take on our quarterly messaging refresh: website messaging flowed through everything we publish.
Who you are
  • 4+ years writing and running content in B2B SaaS or Enterprise tech. Senior enough to set the standard, not just meet it.
  • A genuinely excellent writer. You write final copy, you edit hard, and you have a point of view on what good looks like.
  • You have taste. You know the difference between content that gets published and content that gets remembered.
  • You understand American business culture and can write for a US Enterprise audience with the right nuance.
  • Range: you can go from a 4,000 word research report to a LinkedIn post that people actually save.
  • Comfortable being the only content person and building the function yourself. You'll have support, you won't have a team on day one.
  • You think in outcomes: pipeline influenced, accounts engaged, sales cycles shortened, not word count.
Nice to have
  • Background in cybersecurity, compliance, risk, or GRC. If you don't have it, you need to be genuinely curious about it.
  • Experience with SEO and with content built for AI and LLM discovery (GEO).
  • Video scripting or production experience.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and basic reporting so you can see and understand impact.
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones with UK/European teams.
What We Offer
  • Salary depends on experience and can range from $90,000-$140,000
  • Flexible, hybrid working
  • Employer-sponsored 401(k) plan
  • A real training ground to succeed in your career
  • Be part of a hyper-growth, early-stage startup where your work shapes the company
  • Monthly wellness benefits and other perks to support you outside of work
  • Regular team events and offsite retreats, most often in Europe

At Complyance, the bar is high and the work matters. If you care about doing things well, learning fast, and building something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
