Job summary

Compound Planning is a high-growth digital family office serving entrepreneurs, professionals, and retirees with a powerful financial advisory platform. As Content Lead, you will own and scale the content engine end to end, coordinating with agencies, editors, and the Head of Marketing to drive measurable growth.

This senior role requires a proven ability to write and edit across formats and deliver content that moves metrics. Compensation ranges from $140K to $170K in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience managing agencies (copy, PR, ads) and driving them without heavy hand-holding.
• Strong writing ability to produce polished emails, landing pages, decks, and social copy.
• Background in wealth management or personal finance content; fintech familiarity a plus.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a content function—from strategy to production to distribution.
• Comfort as the sole senior content voice with authority to make final editorial calls.
• Excellent project management across a multi-format content calendar.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial and operational ownership of The Manual, Compound Interests, Compound Conversations, PR, brand/social, and product marketing.
• Set and drive content strategy in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
• Manage the compliance submission and publishing workflow.
• Identify advisor subject-matter experts and convert their expertise into content across formats.
• Write landing pages, emails, decks, and social copy with minimal review cycles.
• Build derivative content from event transcripts and grow the series to new audiences.
