Airbnb is seeking a Senior Planning Partner, Content to drive end-to-end planning and coordination of Community Support launches. You will work across content, product, engineering, marketing, and legal to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and measurable customer impact.

You will build strong partnerships, manage multiple launches, and drive process improvements to simplify content planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or business operations roles with a proven track record
• Proven experience leading cross-functional planning or portfolio management processes with executive visibility
• Exceptional communication skills to all levels of an organization
• Hands-on knowledge of software product development life-cycle; Agile experience desired

Responsabilités

• Engage with cross-functional partners to align planning timelines and milestones
• Identify responsible individuals for each launch and secure required approvals
• Build and communicate content schedules and conduct audits, reviews, and localization
• Lead launch meetings across product, engineering, Marketing, Legal, and others
• Prepare weekly status communications and risk mitigation plans
• Coordinate go-live activities and keep content teams informed of issues
• Create leadership launch decks and maintain post-launch reporting
