Job summary

Amplify is seeking a mid-level Planning & Resourcing professional to serve as the operational backbone for content teams. You will manage intake, planning, effort estimation, and build tracking, ensuring alignment with portfolio resourcing requirements.

The role bridges content craft with central operations and supports a growing, data-driven product organization. You will drive standardized processes, maintain centralized visibility of staffing and allocations, and partner with Content,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, resource management, or program coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong data management and reporting abilities.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and balance cross-functional priorities.
• Experience using project management and resource tracking software (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Drive staffing and capacity visibility across Content teams and central operations.
• Apply standardized planning, execution, and build tracking across projects.
• Steward shared standards and cross-functional networks to align practices.
• Connect resourcing and standards to broader planning, stage gates, and budgeting processes.
