Job summary

Airbnb in Canada is seeking a Senior Planning Partner, Content, to lead end-to-end planning and coordination for Community Support content across product spaces. You will ensure on-time, high-quality launches, align objectives with partners, and manage relationships with content managers, writers, strategists, and cross-functional teams.

You will build schedules, identify content owners and approvers, drive weekly status updates, and support localization, legal, Marketing, and SMEs to mitigate

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic planning, program management or business operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional planning with executive visibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and change management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch planning with product, engineering and readiness teams.
• Schedule and lead launch meetings and content audits.
• Identify content owners and approvers for each launch.
• Create and share weekly status updates highlighting risks and timelines.
• Flag localization requirements and ensure governance through QA.
• Drive improvements to content planning processes.
• Prepare leadership launch decks and post-launch reporting.
