Job summary

Meta Content Design is seeking an experienced Content Designer to craft clear in-product language across Meta apps including mobile, desktop, AR/VR and hardware. You will shape product flows, naming, taxonomy and education materials while collaborating with engineering, research, marketing and data science to ship experiences used by billions.

You’ll apply systems thinking, contribute to language guidelines, and mentor others, using Figma to prototype and communicate ideas.

Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in UX/Content Design.
• Examples of wireframes, design mocks or prototypes authored using design tools, that have been used to express concepts and drive solutions with leaders from all disciplines.
• Expertise with simplifying and communicating complex ideas clearly to company leaders through written proposals, presentations, or design reviews.
• Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale.
• Examples of work in design systems and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and creating projects with minimal direction and navigating ambiguity by defining problem scope, success criteria, and next steps independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, edit and test clear, compelling in-product language across Meta products and experiences.
• Apply systems thinking to define design system guidance and information architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, marketing and data science to take products from conception to launch.
• Facilitate sprints and workshops to align teams around problems and solutions.
• Partner with internationalization to ensure multi-language quality.
