Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Content Design Senior Associate for the Payments team to shape customer experiences through clear, accessible product content. You will plan, create, and structure content within a UX framework, collaborating with product, design, and engineering to ensure consistency.

You will apply content design principles, build taxonomies, and advocate for inclusive language, accessibility, and tested narratives that build customer confidence across our financial services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent editing/writing experience focused on digital products and platforms.
• Experience creating content architectures and storytelling with clear writing.
• Experience applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for products and features aligned with user experience principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
• Create content taxonomies to refine organization and structure using user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Adopt brand voice to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize user experiences.
