Job summary

Moniepoint Group is seeking a Senior Content Designer to own the strategic direction of content across squads. You will shape product experiences with expert judgment, support junior designers, and drive content design strategy across product, design, and engineering.

You will partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to embed content strategy in discovery and delivery, crafting content that is clear, inclusive, and on-brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a content designer.
• Deep understanding that content design is more than words.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with A/B testing, UX metrics, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content design strategy from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to embed content strategy.
• Define clear, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent content.
• Wireframe and prototype in Figma with rationale and design-system alignment.
• Develop content style guides in collaboration with brand and marketing.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to inform content decisions.
