Job summary

Engrain, Denver-based proptech innovator, is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to own narrative architecture and technical enablement across our product ecosystem. You’ll translate complex API structures into clear developer guides, training collateral, and cohesive messaging with Marketing to align GTM and demand generation.

You’ll collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to create scalable content, embrace AI-assisted writing, and drive self-service adoption while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital content strategy, technical writing, or product enablement in a B2B SaaS/PropTech setting.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical documentation systems and developer hub content.
• Ability to operate independently and deliver end-to-end output.
• Proficiency with documentation hubs, CMS, Figma, and AI writing tools.
• Collaborative mindset to align with marketing, engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and authoring for the developer hub, API specs, and integration guides.
• Co-build core messaging platforms with Marketing for unified product voice.
• Bridge cross-functional teams to align product rollouts with campaigns and onboarding.
• Incorporate AI workflows to accelerate high-impact technical narratives.
• Track engagement metrics to improve self-service adoption and value delivery.
