Job summary

Engrain, a Denver-based proptech leader, seeks a Senior Art Director to partner with our CEO and VP of Marketing. You’ll own visual standards across collateral, turn complex data into polished visuals, and lead high-stakes design from concept through production in a fast-growing, AI-enabled team.

You’ll craft flagship brand systems, oversee templates for sales sheets and product overviews, and ensure editorial rigor, margin discipline, and brand alignment across GTM assets to close deals.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in B2B SaaS, PropTech, CRE, or high-end design agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• Expert in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma; comfortable with AI tools.
• Keen eye for typography, margins, grids, and copy accuracy.
• Fluent designing for technology dashboards; modern, intuitive visuals.
• Ability to defend design decisions and align with business goals.
• Operational discipline, speed, curiosity, adaptability in growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Brand Evolution & Craft Ownership: Roll out flagship aesthetics across collateral with flawless standards.
• The Art of the One-Pager: Design templates for sales sheets and product overviews with density and polish.
• Revenue-Driving Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks and collateral libraries to drive the sales cycle.
• Information Architecture & Data Visualization: Visualize complex data into intuitive branded systems.
• Editorial Rigor & Quality Control: Ensure polish, margins, alignment, and copy accuracy.
• Photo Curation & Asset Direction: Curate imagery, UI screenshots, and assets to elevate the brand.
• Systems Architecture: Build scalable templates, toolkits, and component libraries.
