Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate interfaces to meet targets and control ship loading plans.
• Control vessel and port performance with voyage reports.
• Supervise vessel command including sailing voyage reports and procedures.
• Monitor port and sea expenses and bunkers with strict cost control.
• Oversee scheduling and overall budget preparation and control.
