Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans and deliver an exceptional total customer experience. You will complete loan applications, build strong customer relationships, and consistently meet sales goals in a dynamic branch setting.

You will also assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and model a professional demeanor, reliability, and excellent communication, while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend the best consumer loan and optional products.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follow up with pending applicants.
• Explain the loan process and answer questions regarding loan products and processing.
• Close loans, assemble files, and ensure proper documentation.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and manage a growing loan portfolio.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operational tasks and maintain compliance.
