Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales goals in a busy branch setting. The role emphasizes delivering a positive total customer experience while upholding company values and compliance.

You will also assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and model reliability, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment across responsibilities and client interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and complete loan applications.
