You will support daily branch operations and model professional behavior with a focus on service quality. The role includes a base salary of $36,000 per year plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, plus comprehensive health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, life and disability coverage, and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in goal-oriented, incentive-based sales roles.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and meet sales goals.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations.
• Explain loan processes and answer product questions.
• Close loans and prepare loan folders.
• Provide excellent customer care daily.
