Republic Finance in Conroe, TX is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, complete applications, develop strong customer relationships and hit sales targets in a collaborative branch setting.

The role supports the Branch Manager with daily operations and offers a competitive salary plus uncapped monthly bonus, benefits, and growth opportunities within a long-standing financial services company.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Originates new loan business with customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan and products.
• Completes loan applications and follows up with borrowers.
• Explains loan process and answers questions about loan products.
• Monitors and resolves customer concerns with management guidance.
• Closes loans, assembles folders, and maintains files.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals consistently.
• Manages day-to-day servicing of growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Provides excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
