SharkNinja seeks an exceptional Consumer Insights Manager to join our high-performance team. You’ll ensure the consumer’s voice drives decision-making and shape innovation across home-focused product categories.

You will present insights to executives, guide early-stage development, and translate feedback into actionable strategies, all within a collaborative, high-growth culture that rewards bold ideas and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, or a relevant quantitative field.
• 5–10 years of consumer research experience, with CPG industry experience preferred.
• Expertise in methodologies such as Concept Testing, TURF, Pricing Sensitivity Studies, and Packaging Tests.
• Proven ability to moderate focus groups and conduct one-on-one interviews.
• Experience with IHUTs and online/in-store shelf assessments.

Responsibilities

• Shape Strategy at the Top: Present complex insights to SharkNinja executives, including the CEO, CCO, and EVPs, using expert storytelling to influence product development and marketing strategies.
• Be the Consumer Advocate: Identify unmet needs, observe the non-obvious, and guide early-stage product development to create groundbreaking innovations.
• Drive Innovation: Translate consumer feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into actionable recommendations that transform product features and offerings.
• Lead with Expertise: Operate autonomously as a Subject Matter Expert in consumer insights, synthesizing complex data into a clear, strategic narrative.
• Own Research Execution: Develop, manage, and execute research plans, ensuring they align with budgets and organizational goals.
• Develop an Unstoppable Team: Set up your team for success, and cultivate their ongoing growth and development.
