The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in consumer research, is empathetic, organized, and confident presenting insights to leadership to influence strategy and product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology or applicable quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years of consumer research experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Moderating focus groups and one-on-one interviews training/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop research plans and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research for trends, insights, and new product development.
• Assist in development, management and execution of research plans within budget guidelines.
• Translate feedback and latent needs into innovation recommendations.
• Identify unmet customer needs to guide new product or feature offerings.
• Collaborate and plan customer research strategies and manage internal/external resources.
• Operate autonomously as a Subject Matter Expert within the consumer insights team.
