SharkNinja is seeking an exceptional Consumer Insights Manager to anchor the voice of the consumer in the product and marketing journey. You will partner with executives to translate complex data into strategic narratives that shape our innovations across home lifestyle categories.

You will lead end-to-end research programs, mentor a growing team, and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, highly collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, or a relevant quantitative field.
• 5–10 years of consumer research experience; CPG experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Skilled in moderating focus groups and conducting one-on-one interviews.
• Ability to present insights to senior leaders with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Shape Strategy at the Top by presenting insights to executives and influencing product and marketing strategy.
• Be the Consumer Advocate by identifying unmet needs and guiding early-stage development.
• Drive Innovation by translating feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Lead with Expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in consumer insights.
• Own Research Execution from planning to delivery within budgets and goals.
