The role targets a talented attorney with strong litigation experience to join a high-performing team serving leading financial institutions and service providers. The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics, active bar in the relevant jurisdiction, and the ability to independently manage cases and supervise junior team

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a nationwide coordinated team.
