Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Career Associate Attorney to join the Consumer Financial Services Practice Group in a hybrid role across multiple U.S. locations.

The attorney will manage a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including complex disputes involving federal and state consumer protection laws, with opportunities for hands-on trial work and client interaction. The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, with 5–10 years of substantive

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representing financial institutions is preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA is advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise juniors.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters.
