Job summary

Centene is seeking a Senior Consumer Experience Analyst to leverage analytics, consumer data, and journey mapping to improve member experience across health plans. The role designs workflows, validates requirements, and partners with Consumer Experience Managers to deliver insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related field
• Four to six years data extraction and analysis experience
• Experience in a consumer oriented industry
• Proficiency with data reporting and analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Manage analytics applications and resources related to consumer activity
• Evaluate effectiveness of consumer-centric campaigns and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain Member Experience processes and journey maps
• Communicate analysis results to stakeholders with deliverables and recommendations
• Deliver analytics across business lines and support UAT for Member Experience initiatives
• Select appropriate methods and tools to guide completion of assignments
