Job summary
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead Omni reporting strategy and deliver scalable analytics across consumer, member, and advocate experiences. You will partner with product, operations, data, and engineering to define measurement roadmaps and ensure governance and reuse.
This role blends advanced analytics with practical delivery, mentoring analysts and driving self-service analytics while balancing short-term needs with enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of data analytics, BI, or related field.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for large datasets.
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
- Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience validating data and documenting reporting logic.
- Collaborative work with product, operations, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Own complex reporting and analytics initiatives from definition to adoption.
- Define measurement strategies and align roadmaps with objectives.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and narratives.
- Design and optimize scalable data models and analytical datasets.
- Build reusable reporting components and governance standards.
