S&T Bank is seeking a Consumer Compliance Risk professional to assist the Consumer Compliance Manager in ensuring adherence to federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidance. Responsibilities include performing regulatory and third-party risk assessments, regulatory research, complaint management, and providing guidance to business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• CRCM or related certification preferred; willing to pursue if not held.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Consumer Compliance Manager in ensuring adherence to federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations.
• Monitor and track consumer complaints and regulatory requirements, identify root causes, and draft timely responses.
• Perform regulatory risk assessments on products, services, and third-party vendors.
• Provide guidance to business lines and maintain dashboards for compliance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain compliance procedures and participate in committees related to product initiatives.
• Support training and data compilation for management reporting.
