Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand consumer protection laws and policies affecting S&T Bank.
• Monitor regulatory complaints and coordinate responses within deadlines.
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments and suggest process improvements.
• Assess risks for products, services, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain compliance procedures with business lines.
• Provide compliance training to management and staff.
• Prepare management reports with compliance data.
