Job summary

S&T Bank seeks an Information Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance Leader to integrate risk management into technology planning, solution design, and project delivery. You will ensure regulatory compliance and robust controls to support business growth and resilience.

You will coordinate with IT, enterprise risk management, compliance, audit, security, and regulators, driving policy administration and control optimization across the technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in information technology, cybersecurity, information systems, risk management, or related discipline.
• Preferred CRISC, CISA, CGEIT certifications.
• 5–10 years of banking technology risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates technology risks in line with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Serves as SME for IT governance, risk management, policy, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Advises technology teams during project initiation, solution selection, and deployment from a governance perspective.
• Establishes governance review processes for new tech initiatives and major system changes.
• Leads governance and risk efforts for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
