Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to strengthen relationships with existing clients and prospect new ones in a retail banking environment. The role involves opening accounts, handling teller duties, and partnering with mortgage, wealth, and small business teams to meet client needs.

The candidate should have 3–4 years of client service and sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong knowledge of bank products. Notary authorization may be obtained.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• May obtain notary authorization.
• Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Manage Teller drawer as directed by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling and conversations.
• Follow The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience) standards in daily activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide appropriate service or solutions to clients.
• Ensure timely client follow-up calls and adhere to compliance and risk standards.
• Lead and participate in site center huddles to support sales and service goals.
• Provide digital assistance and online banking support for clients.
